File case against to my parents

How I can file against my parents as they are forcing to me live with my husband as I want divorce my husband. My parents give me mental harrasment to live with husband as I want to live independently. Kindly suggest me how to file case in court
Better option will be to serve them with a legal notice stating the reasons for not living with the husband and their forceful and deceitful act is thereby causing you harassment and prejudice because of which you are left with no option but to send them a legal notice. Give them 15 days time for stoppage of the same, otherwise legal proceedings will be initiated against them. This will act as an evidence also and will be a warning to the parents.

mam if any one is forcing you to do any thing agaist your will you can file a police complaint against them
and if you want to take divorce from your husband you have to file a case for divorce in court
