Fights with in laws and want to move separately

From day one of my arrange marriage, My husband's mother always abuse me and taunts me . Always keep on blaming which I am not even aware of. even if m not talking to her. My husband never took a stand for me. Now I am 3 months pregnant and came to my parents house because I can't handle that stress in this condition. I want to move separately with my husband. What I can do for this situation .
hi if there is harassement from the inlaws then you could file domestic violence petition in court to stop the harassement and you could send a notice asking your husband to take a separate house for living separately
