Fiance Having Affair For 5 Years

Arranged marriage fixed after knowing girl n family for 6 months. She with her mom dad came to our house to fix. Then we both went to buy engagement rings together. We both booked marriage halls and hotel for reception. 10 days after that she told me she is having an affair for last 5 years with physical relationship but that guy wasn't ready to marry her due to cast and now the guy wants to marry her. I don't want go ahead with this family, she is a lier. How can I get hotel fees back? Any other legal advice? Marriage was in late april and engagement was supposed to be in Feb 2025.
Hi, Your issue is that Arranged marriage fixed after knowing girl n family for 6 months and She with her mom dad came to our house to fix the marriage and then both of you went to
buy engagement rings together. You booked marriage halls and hotel for reception and 10 days after that she
told you that she is having an affair for last 5 years with physical relationship but that guy wasn't ready to marry her
due to cast and now the guy wants to
marry her and you after knowing her true fact which was concealed to you and your family before fixing marriage and now you are feeling cheated in this case you have to formally informed them about the fact and reason to break the marriage and ask then lose you occurred and mental cruelty for you and your family.
