Father's pension and land related problem

Father pension come to my own mother since father gone till now
my father hard earned money she is wasting listening to people and behaving with us sisters more than stepmother and she always tortured my father she never show my father pension passbook to me but when I asked today after many years why you are wasting money show me my father passbook then she said why I will show you and she still listens to people what should I do
in this issue concerning your late fathers pension. you should mention
1. Your father was a government employee .
2. if it is your mother is the soul Nominee .
are your siblings were dependents or married.
3. you have the right to send a legal notice to your mother.
4. you should submit a written complaint for demand of transparency to ask for pension details.
5. submit a written complaint with proof of misuse.
