Father right on male child custody and Divorce based

How can I prove in court regarding mental torcher from wife, I have been married for 2and half year has 1 year old child. Because of In-law (her mother)interference on my family I left Banglore and started my job in Kochi. 1) My wife didn't moved with me as she was pregnant and stayed with her parents after few months for silly reasons she was fighting with my parents and not allowed to see my child and once made big fight which made not to go their house. 2)Disrespecting around 4 walls and acting like cultured to outside world. Now she is not ready to move with me to other location giving job as reason and even not sending the child. she insist I should go back to her and my parents are not allowed. on what grounds I can file divorce I am fed up by mental torcher every time and never respect others. she will cry and create sympathy in outside and she don't need divorce. And not ready to come with me nor allowing to see child.
