You can file for maintenance Under section 20 (3) which states "The obligation of a person to maintain his or her aged or infirm parent or daughter who is unmarried extends in so far as the parent or the unmarried daughter, as the case may be, is unable to maintain himself or herself out of his or her own earnings or other property.
Under this section you are eligible for claiming maintenance. You will have to file a civil suit for the same.

Mam you can ask for maintenance for yourself and for curing your disease. For that you have number of recourses to adopt as per your requirements. Consult a local lawyer and tell the complete detail of yours.
