Father in illegitimate relationship harassing how to deal with them

My father has illegitimate relation with his 2nd daughter in law, bcz of it he attempts to give all his property to her. He has also transfered our mothers property 8.5 kannals to her name by breach of trust.During last few years he snatched our shop along with stocks and godown. Recently he along with his 2nd son and family were trying to throw us out of our residence through violence. I recall here that I have purchased (my current residential house) from my 2 brothers some 15 years back, along with documentation.As they continued violence for 4 months, then I approached police my eldest brother supported me 100 percent morally, he became witness to proceedings. Initially police did good job, but 2nd day they were bribed by opposite party, so police started to harass me, and asked me for rs 1 lack as bribe, which I refused. From next police started pressuring us. Even though printing press interfered but no positive result. Finally police was trying to arrest us. What should we do?
