Father gave shop to me on a stamp paper, how to transfer it on my name

25-Nov-2023 (In Family Law)
Im running business in a shop my father gave me to run business when he was alive , I have a affidavit of 50₹ stating that the shop is given to me for business with his sign. Corporation tax is paid by me in my name and shop act licence is also in my name. After death of my father, all other properties have the name of my mother, brother and myself. In that case , the shop that i run business in will be mine??? Or do my mother and brother also hold a share in it ?? In case i need to have it on my name only, do i have to take no objection certificate from my brother and mother???

Dear Client, You have not stated when was this document created. Anyways, kindly note Unregistered document doesnot carry a binding value. Now as you have rightly pointed it out, You will require NOC both from your mother and brother before getting the shop transferred on your name. Expert Jurist LLP
