hi i am padmanab from Bangalore our family consist of father mother brother sister and my self. my qusten is my sister got married but she married a guy who was alredy married and he was having child of 5 years but he had given diverse to first wife and my sister left house and got married this guy we had complent to the neareast polisestation we have letter that we dont have any relation ship to my daughter with us and now they are trying to communicate with my family again for the purpuse of property whith was earnd by my father .so i want to know weather she have any rights to on our house. Please also tell me can a father disown his daughter from property?
