Father and Grandfather's property registered in step mother's name

Dear sir, my father and mother take divorse and my father get married another person recently my father passed away before that my mother had died long back. And whatever the property belongs my father and grand father has registered to the on behalf of my father's second wife without considering about me. Is that registration is legal? Am i have any right to that property. How should i proceed about this issue?

Dear sir as you are the class 1 legal heir you are having all the rights in the ancestral and your fathers property you can file a civil suit and ask for partiton of schedule properties. All the best.
