Family's issue related to domestic voilance

I have internal family conflict not resolving , hence need lawyers help. My elder brother take all my money and do drinking. I am not able to find solution. Police not helping.
To answer the issue we need full details of family conflict, your marital status. If police is not responding you may approach Mahila Thana, NCW, State women commission, Any reputed NGO for women rights.
