Family's divorce case's affect on VISA for foreign studies.

23-Feb-2023 (In Family Law)
My elder brother has filed a divorce case. As advised but our lawyer, in India, because the laws are a bit biased towards women, it is to be expected that the my brother's wife will file false allegations against me (his brother in-law). I am trying to get admission in a foreign university for my master's. This will involve getting a visa. Will my brother's case impact my visa application in any way ? Will I be denied visa because of this ?

This will depend upon whether your name is being involved in any of the false litigations or not. If she has put your name then it would be a tough job for you to get the visa & if not then you are free to travel. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

May be this case creates a problem in getting a visa in foreign university because there is a law that there is no criminal proceedings are going if you are going to another country for further studies or anything else there is no problem arisen if you will prove innocent
