Family property dispute for the widow

22-Apr-2025 (In Family Law)
I am writing to seek your legal guidance regarding a property dispute involving a widow and her young son. Her husband passed away recently, and since then, she has been facing resistance from her late husband’s family regarding her and her child’s rightful share in the ancestral property. She has not received any financial support from her in-laws and is currently struggling to manage basic expenses. The family is now denying her and her son any rights to the property, even though it was joint

Dear Sir, It is nature of the family members of deceased to deny financial support to the widow. She has every right to file different cases including partition suit through her child. She will definitely get necessary financial assistance from her in-laws only when she approach the Courts.
