Family not giving share to sons

My father in law and mother in law and sisters are torching my husband and his brother and his wifes and saying they won't give their sons any share. And all properties will be given to daughter's. They have given 3 three daughters already some share. But remaining properties always both in laws are going to share for daughter's itself. What can we do for getting equal shareally for both sons

The query is an overreach, but short in material facts. On the one hand no information is offered whether the property is ancestral or self earned, but it is alleged that your husband and his brither are being torched! Anyhow, the property appears to be to be personal to the in laws. If so, they are free to transfer or bequeath the properties at their discretion. Prudent policy would be to address their grievances against the sons and take care not to further alienate them.
