Husband can get copy of complaint by her wife on 1090 or 1076 or 112 ,by RTI or not? Does police provide complaint copy in RTI,to the husband in case her wife complaint on women powerline .
police give copy of complaint only informant/complainant incharge of the police station or investigation officer give free copy of complaint to the informant if the accused person want copy of the complaint to contact the advocate
