OWN FAMILY MEMBER IS BLACKMAILING NOT TO COME VILLAGE FROM 3 MONTH AGO BECAUSE OF PROPERTY WHAT TO DO NOW
Prior to responding I need to know whether

3. what mode your family member are resorting to in order to blackmail you.

If somebody willingky not visiting village no problem.partition case only lies after 12 year..so 12 year limitation period is for him or her..wait for time.go with law suit.send notice to him..paper publication etc.
