family against intercaste marriage.Need legal advice for further help.

I am 23 years old. I am Sindhi. I love a 23 year old boy. He is marathi. Since 3 years, we are trying to convince my parent and family members for intercaste marriage. My family physically n mentally tortures me each day. We both have decided to complaint against my family members. What the procedure to complaint? Is it acceptable that my boyfriend complaints on my behalf as I cant go out due to family restrictions? If we complaint, will I immediately be able to marry him or Iater after the case proceedings? Will I be in remand or counselling? Could you help me with clearly telling me about further proceedings? Please help as soon as possible.

My Response to your query: Complaint filed you your boyfriend will not acceptable. Your parents might be worried about your future that's why denied for marriage. You have to convence your parent if you fails to convence you have to fallow your parents decision. If still you want to marry you can apply for register marriage with due procedure. No use of complain against family. For More detail you may contact me.

Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned about the fact that you and your boyfriend wants to marry and your parents are strictly opposing the same, and therefore you want to make complaint against them, that too through your boyfriend, as a matter of fact it can be seen that you should not advice your boyfriend to make complaint against your parents which won't be good idea. you need to take some different step for the same, kindly call me.
