Family abuse over 18 years, physical abuse, negligence,mental torcher

I'm going through family abuse since 18 years, currently I am 25. I've been going through therapy for over three months now , but, the abuse at home is still apparent. My mental & physical Health has deteriorated. My father and mother are the primary abusers. They destroyed my life so far and now trying to destroy my future too. I need some legal guidance before I go to the police for an FIR
I am a Hindu, I'm subjected to marriage pressure too.
You must have proof of harassment and abuse. According to Indian culture parents are worshipped so if you will move court Or police station they will want undeniable evidence and witnesses to accept your claim. Make sure you have enough proof
