False Suit for Nullify Marriage by Wife under Specific Relief Act

Its been 7 years we got married and Wife has filed fake suit for nullify marriage under specific relief act 5 years ago. All the information provided in written as a story only - no evidence till now. I have submitted valid and true evidences such as photographs of marriage, marriage certificates, joint bank accounts, loan papers and more...
In addition, their statements keeps changing all the time.
Wife refuses to present in court and till now did not appear except filing case.
If the behaviour of your partner is intolerable towards you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to go legal and if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. Firstly, Specific Reliefs Act is a completely different Act and it does not provide for any clause relating to marriage. I believe that your question relates to Special Marriage Act. Then in that case we need to look into the documents and check its veracity l, after which we can seek appropriate remedy from the Court.

it is important to understand when was the case filed. under specific relief there is no provision for nullifying the marriage unless it is a Muslim marriage under the law of contract. The petition can by itself be challenged if the marriage is under HMA

since your wife is not present before the courts on various date of hearings despite the filling the case may kindly note that court have options to proceed and dismissed the case on non appearances of the plaintiffs. in such cases you need to proceed in active manner and get the case decreed in your favour on technical grounds such as non appearance of plaintiff you may file relevant application under relevant provisions of cpc.
