False police complaint against me

My brother is lodged police complaint against me stating that I am now allowing our younger brother to meet him, since he is staying with me. He has also said to police that he is legal care take of my brother though will of my deceased father. Though he is filed for the probate of the will and I have filed caveat against it in the Bombay High court. BY younger brother is border line IQ and he himself has denied to meet my younger brother who has lodged false complain against me.
Well, I can defend you not only from Police Action but also from the Case going on in Bombay High Court, where you have filed the Caveat, so that, without hearing you, no decision can be taken against you by Honourable Bombay High Court.
