False dowry case filed before marriage

My engagement occurred on 10th December 2018 at a temple where i first met with girl and her family. They have a ring to exchange on the same day so we have to purchase a ring. In October 2019 my fiance get a call from a girl to which I am in a relationship and she met with her and gave him proofs of relation. Then I decided not to marry with the girl I got engaged. On 30th November her father and brother came at our home and forced to marry with their girl and threatened for false dowry case if i deny to marry with her. They also force me to write on a paper to marry with the girl on same date 09th February decided for marriage. And they also forced my family to register the marriage on 1 st December 2019 in a arya samaj mandir. So next day my family member and their member take me to a arya samaj mandir but marriage is not happen because I denied to marry when I asked by the person in mandir.

That great if you are still not married to the girl. If they have filed for the false dowry case and effective defence can be made before the police and court which will be ensuring that the false compliant against you is disposed off expeditiously.
