Dear Sir,
Such things happen to human beings only. You should not lose your courage and will power. Just approach a strong advocate practising in criminal law and get file quashing petition before the High Court if not allowed then face the trial boldly. During the course of cross examination the prosecution case may be destroyed thus you may get acquittal because he lodged a false case.
