False complaint of Autrocity and 498A and physical abuse by my in laws

I have file a petition under section 9 of HMA a year ago . My wife is not staying with me and want me to leave my parents . Now her father forced me to withdraw the case from court and when denied to do so he have filed a fake autrocity and 498A complaint on me . What are the best ways to overcome ot now
