false 498a and 406 ipc filed after 16 years how to get it quashed

22-Jul-2023 (In Family Law)
hello, my friend is stuck in a false case of 498a and 406 ipc by his maternal uncles wife. the woman has filed the case against her husband, her father in law, mother in law, brother in law, three sisters in law(one being my friends mother) and sister in law's son (my friend). she filed this case after 16 years of her marriage. she has a son of 15 years. in the FIR she has said that they used to beat her tried to attack with knife and my friend snatched her hair. she has not submitted medical proof (advocates told) my question is there any chance she may have created false medical proofs and kept it for trials. what are the chances of quashing. is there chance of conviction of my friend being co-acused?

yes there is every likelihood that your friend's mother may also be convicted as co-accused.
you are advised to move before HIgh court immediately for quashing of FIR and cognizance if taken,so that high court may exercise its inherent power and your case may be quashed.
feel free to contacts further for detailed answer of your query.

DEAR SIR
JUST ALLEGATIONS I'M THE FIR CANNOT BE SOLE GROUND FOR CONVICTION IN THE MATTER AND EACH AND EVERY ALLGATION ARE REQUIRED TO BE PROVED
FURTHER IF U WANT TO GO FOR QUASHING THEN KINDLY WAIT FOR COMPLETION OF INVESTIGATING BY POLICE AND FOR MORE DETAIL AND PROMPT ADVICE I HAVE TO SEE THE DOCUMENTS
