Fake Dowry Case as wife's nature is not adjustable with me and family

I did a arrange marriage in May, 2016. But my wife's nature is not adjustable with me and my family and 2 days earlier she left my house and i doubt that she put a dowry case on my family. But my family is nothing doing any thing wrong with her. in my family my parents, my elder brother and bhabhi lives together in a flat. my elder brother's marriage is 6 years earlier. my bhabhi is happy in our family. So, pls. suggest me what we do in this reagrd
If you anticipate that she's going to lodge a FIR for harassment and dowry against you and your family, then you should apply for anticipatory bail. At the least, you should at least inform the SP in writing that you apprehend that you and your family would be falsely implicated in a case at behest of your wicked wife. This will give you some ground for the battle for the battle which has to be fought later.
