Extra marital affair of husband.

Woman A (housewife) is married to Man B and have 2 children below 18 years old,now B has an extra marital affair with another woman C for 2 years,with all proofs collected of having affair,even though they dont want divorce but B is not ready to leave C.What punishment could be given to B if issue raised in Court and what favour/facilities will be given to wife and children?
Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned about the fact that there is A B & C and A nd B are married and are having two children under 18, and B is involved in C and not ready to leave C and also don't want to break marriage then for the same please call me once you receive this reply.

and adoltory section is deleted so now man or women by will of opposite sides consent have affair it's not punishable but it can help in mentanace case and divorce case
so file dv case file 125 application file hmp application in court and ask mentanace from him and don't bother court will give mentanance to wife and children's separate and also grant rent,education,medical, expenditure so it's better to file dv case
