Expecting a Child outside wedlock now how to handle this

I am a Hindu. I have been married for several years and I have children. My wife has been constantly abusing me and my family. We did not take dowry from her, in fact we paid for all wedding expenses and also paid later her family's expenses for several years but still she threatened us with a dowry case and domestic violence cases. I have been under compulsion to be with her both due to her fear and to take care of my children. She has moved to another city with the children. She will not divorce me as I am her cash cow. Meanwhile, I had developed a close relationship with a foreign national for the past few months and she is expecting a baby. I know it is not the right situation as per law. How best can I handle it?
