Execution of will and legal notice

My father had self acquired two builder floors in delhi out of which I have possession of one which is on rent and the brother is living in the other one. I have got the floors on the base of registered will and done mutation also and electricity bill name change also. Now how can we get the possession of other floor in which brother is staying? And document regarding ownership proof of the floor which we have possession to sell as not getting loan from bank on behalf of registered will?

You should file suit for possession on the basis of documents you have against your brother You should also file will probate case When the will probate by the court bank will provide you loan on the basis of documents

If your father has expired making the will for both the floors in your favor then you need to ask your brother to hand over the possession, if he doesn’t give you the possession then you need to hire an expert advocate who will send him a legal notice to vacate the property followed by suit for possession and damages !
