Elder brother torturing mother and letting me to get in touch with her

My mother is 80yrs old ,father expired 3yrs back,I have an elder brother who brought my mother with him to take care but he has not been taking care of her.Now when I last went to see her she cried to me and wanted to come to my place ,when I told my brother that I wish to take her he refused and now he has stopped letting me contact my mother also I am concerned about her well being.My mother gets govt.pension what should I do to protect my mother from any kind of abuse as they don't let me get in touch with her please guide me.I have tried to contact them but they don't answer calls.They live in Hyd. and myself in nasik.

Please visit your brothers place as soon as possible. Personally inspect the current condition and situation there. If you feel all is well then no need to worry. Else Lodge a Complaint to the nearest police station in that place and give the police officer number to your mother to complaint in case of any harassment.

Hi File Domestic Violence case against your brother . Make your mother applicant . Under this application your mother will get for protection order, separate accommodation I.e. sharehousehold order and compensation order.
