dont want to stay with wife due to her behaviour

My wife and her parent threatening me and my parent to file false charges of 498a dowry act. She is in triangle with other boy. From last 3 month she is living with her parent. They are lying at every matter and ruining our prestige. Kindly suggest how to get rid of this situation? We don't want to keep her with us any more because of she and her parent. We are passing through mental torture these days. Plz suggest the way and help me. We are Muslim family.
Dnt wry.you have several solution to find out the easy approach to the knock of door.you should file informative petition to the cjm of civil court patna.it will play the major roll play if ur wife would like to take wrong step like threaening 498-A and other criminal cases

if they are threatening then you can do nothing keep recording these threats then you can divorce for this reason.Or no nothing like mental torture . do not go for any legal action till she come on front , as she file for any case you file for the police investigation then as the police investigation is over then go to the high court to quash the case and then go for the defamation with penalty on wife and in laws. as you are muslims then go for the second wedding as you can marry four girl at one time . be tact full . be a man
