Mere frnd hai uskii wife se bht pareshan haii n he want divorce bt she is not ready to give divorce n Woh bol rahiii hai that she is ready to write n give on stamp paper that uh leave ur life n I'll leave my life bt I will not give uh divorce...so wat he wants to do regarding that plss guide mee soo I can say him to doo

Divorce cannot be given on stamp paper. Divorce has to be compulsorily taken through proper procedure of court. Divorce on stamp paper does not hold any value. It is not a legal divorce. Your friend should file an application for divorce before court of law.

Writing in a stamp paper mutually agreeing to live separately or divorced is not valid divorce. Divorce can be granted only through Court . Your friend can file one sided divorce in the court. To discuss in detail he can contact me.

no divorce on bond paper is not valid, you can take on bond paper for safer side as she will not able to make any other complaint and if she is not ready you can file in court divorce on the ground of desertion,
