Good morning My husband passed away in 2011 leaving a son behind. I was remarried in 2014 with my present husband. My first husband was from schedule caste and I also belongs to same category. My second husband is also from SC. My child is in 10th class, I need to get his SC CERTIFICATE for which I need my first husband's sc certificate. My in laws are not providing me the same. it does not matter if in laws are not providing you the SC certificate. you can apply to the SDM office for the same using the details therein and it can be issued to you directly. though there are certain legal obligations to be followed but they are very limited
