जैसा कि आपने बताया यदि वह बिजनेस आपके पिताजी एवं उनके भाइयों ने स्वयं मिलकर खड़ा किया है, तो आप उस बिजनेस में सिर्फ उतना ही इनवाल्व हो सके हैं जितने प्रतिशत आपके पिताजी का शेयर हो और इसके लिए भी आपके पिताजी का सहमत होना आवश्यक है।
किन्तु यदि यह बिजनेस आपके दादाजी के द्वारा प्रारंभ किया गया था, तो आप इसमें बराबर का हक रखते हैं ।

You cannot involve yourself in your fathers joint business as such this is a sole criteria as your father lsham he wants your father is running own business after involving other party and doing joint business. It u not necessary and me do fory for your father do involve whom so our he wants as such to running joint business is not governed by the succetion act. After do mise your father you can in harit tho property as par Indian succetion act.
