Do Husband have any legal rights on wife salary

My son in law is torching my daughter for her salary to be given to him. Both are working, they both are loved each other and we as elders accept their love and arranged for marriage, now he is torching by asking salary of her , thier is any legal rule that wife salary should given to husband
hi if he is torturing you mentally and physically then you could file petition in court seeking compensation or order restraining him from committing any offence and could file for maintenance in court
