Divorcee daughter forcefully staying in our house what to do

17-Feb-2023 (In Family Law)
My daughter has married in 2006 but divorced in 2010. Now she is not ready to marry with any person as she is much educated. She forcefully stays in our home for the last 10 years and never ready to marry again in the same period. Now we are tired to look after her. Please suggest me what should we do so that I can get relief from her?

What is the exact problem if she is living with you? is it financial ? then why not ask her to contribute an amount every month for running the house and rent. But if you are bent on getting relief from her then ,If your house is self acquired then you can ask her to leave and if she doesn't listen then seek Police assistance , all failing you can approach the Court. But please ponder over the fact that if she had been your son then would you do , then take a decision.

By the recent judgment of supreme court children have no right to live with their parents without will, hence you can bring into her notice, but best
remedy is take advice from a good counselor, who can change her living attitude, whether she frustrated our marriage system ,our she filling guilty about first marriage I thing counselors do these in best way.

It will be proper if you take paid consultancy to compensate the lawyer's stock-in-trade required to advise you. The fact you had mentioned it is not practically possible to give legal solution to ur problem.
