Divorce when other party not fit for matrimony

I got married 1 year before .I came to know he is not fit for matrimony life.maintanace case is running in the family court. I want to know some legal advices about this case.

Not fit mean has he got any physical problems pls give full details what is ur marriage details what's his and ur problem.where u filed m.c for what purpose. What's he is doing nw.and what about u pls

Well if you believe that your husband is unfit for matrimonial life then why wait? file a case for nullification of marriage under the ground that he is impotent. If you strongly feel he is impotent then the situation warrants that you do asap. no point in waiting.
