Divorce filed by my husband from other state

My huby has filed dvc case from uttrakhand... I cannot afford to go there...If I will not go there there will be exparte order...is there any solution for me... As I stay in West bengal
Well as you can see there are two options. Either you contest the case at Uttarakhand or else you have to file an application for transfer before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India to get your case transferred to your Jurisdictional Court.
