A dentist I was a patient of posted a public response to my negative Google review. It presents disputed personal claims (about my hygiene, honesty, behaviour) as fact, discloses my private payment/treatment details, and names an immediate family member without her consent. need to know the full details of your problem in detail to guide you better and thereafter to guide you to the right path and moreover google has their own norms which is very strict and it can be dealt in a different way
