Firstly you have to declare the civil death and get a decree from the civil court. After filing a suit for declaration after having a decree of the civil court you can apply for the death certificate.

Hello Sir /mam if a person is missing and not found, a court can pass an order declaring their death, which is called a civil death. You can contact over phone call or whats app for further assistance. Thank you Regards Advocate Kuber Hooda
