Daughter's right in father's property is father not living together

sir, mere husband responsable nhi h . hamari beti 14 year old ho gyi h or mujhse woh hmesa dur rahte h .. ab mujhe jhuth bol pihar bhej diya h..... me beti ki study k liye family property me uska adhkar chahti hu. or study krwa saku. so plz ap bataye k me kya kr sakti hu. thanks.
As per your question and as per law aapko hindu succession amendment act 2005 ke section 6 ke anusar aapke father ki property me adhikar hai or aap usko le sakti hai court ke madhyam se or aapke father ki property me claim karna hoga
