Daughter share ancestral property

I have one scenarios like , my father have 4 children ( 3 Daughter and One Son) . Around 2007 my father created partition deed saying some quoted false reason of personal loan and other. He created the partition deed saying one site ( 30X 40 Site ) to each , means for daughters and Son , he registered to all from Self earned property and rest all taken to his names ( including ancestral and self earned property) . We have all signed the partitioned paper ( forcefully got it from us ) , now my question is : We have rights to claim share in my ancestral property through legal right ..? Please advice me on this Thanks

Dear Sirs,
If you are governed under Hindu Law, you have the equal rights to the ancestral property and can claim share in the property after filing a partition suit.
