Daughter adamant to marry a person. How to stop her from doing this?

Sir, I am seeking your advice regarding my younger daughter(age 25 years) who is fell in love with a nonbengali person. Who came from Bihar and resided here in rented house with his family a month ago.But he is not known to us and he does no job. Sir, my daughter behaving very arogantly with us and meeting with the boy without informing us. When my son in law may discuss the matter with her. She told that in any situation she marry him and some of her friends & neighbour helping her. Sir, my elder daughter's marriage will be soon .PL. give me some advice.
