Daugher's share in Father's property

Iam a muslim woman . My father had registered certain properties in my mother's name due to tax issues when we were young .My mother was poor and does not have any assets of her own when she married. We are total 4 sisters . My father had promised to equally distribute the property between his daughters .Now my father is incapacitated due to long term illness , My mother is planning to sell the family property in her name to our youngest sister who is her favorite and planning to disinherit us.

the personal law of muslims are completely different from that hindu law. irrespective of whether you father purchased it in your mom name to avoid tax or not. the property becomes her self acquired property. however it very much important to file a suit for partition and injunction immediately. for details kindly contact me immediately
