Damage claim from father in law

Can I sue my father-in-law for destroying my marriage life by misguiding my wife and now he is only responsible for divorce? I have enough evidence to prove how my father-in-law ruined my marriage. Can I claim damages of relationship, financial harm, emotional damage, and Time damage from my father-in-law?

There is no law under which you sue your father in law. Rather at the most you can file complaint if any dispute arises. You only have concerns upto your wife and you can expect everything from your wife. if your wife is not following you then you can at the most file petition against her and seek divorce. You are only allowed to take action against your wife and not her family according to law.
