Dear crest, firstly you can try to settle the case either through mediation or negotiations. Which can be done either by the lawyer or someone elder in your family. In case this fails, you have options on both sides: 1. either you are seeking a harmonious relationship with your wife . Or 2. you are seeking separation from your wife. My advice would depend on what you are seeking right right now. A Whole scenario being discussed with your lawyer might clear out the image which is opaque right now that what you are actually seeking in your query.

This Lockdown has brought lot of friction in many matrimonial homes, wait for the lockdown to open up, don't take knee jerk reaction to this. I have personally received lot of distress calls from clients wherein they have asked me to start preparing for their divorce or send legal notices but then later calm down. Regards.
