Cyber thing related issues from other country

Actually a friend of mine texted someone of other country and he didn't used any slang or such thing but they are saying they will report it to police , he created a fake profile and texted one of the other country person follower and the follower mentioned something about sex talk so my friend took a screenshot shot and sended to that person and the person from other country got offended as their religion is Muslim and it's like a taboo to have this things before marriage but he didn't mention

First of all rather than going legally you should serve her a legal notice and in that notice you can write that either stop all these harassments or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if he fails to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime file a complaint in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. Sir/ Madam, As per my advice I would like to suggest you that please make an complaint with the help of advocate immediately and give it to your concerned police station as soon as possible under the cyber crime against you for a stern action againt the culprits. Otherwise the police authorities will take action against you Lastly if you further seeks any help or query regarding your matter please feel free to ask anything for your better help.
