Custody of Gift given by Ex-boyfriend

My ex-boyfriend is approaching me to return money for a smartphone. Before purchasing the smartphone, I already gave him ₹12000 so that he can purchase it but the main problem lies as the delivery receipt of the smartphone is under his name and address. I told my family about this situation and they are aware of everything. We broke up 4 years ago and now he's continuosly harassing me for money which I already paid him before the purchase. PLEASE HELP!!!

Do you have the bank transfer details where it can be proved that you are giving him the money for the mobile? If Yes that will be helpful. Then again you should issue him with a legal cease and desist notice so that he stops his harassment.
