considering months or years while calculating Age of court marriage?

I am an indian man...If my date of birth is 25 april 2002 then when will I legally able for court marriage? Like from january 2023 or exact 25 april 2023??

Hi, going by the information provided by you. As per Indian law Hindu Marriage Act eligibility criteria for marriage is when a Man turns 21 year old and woman turns 18 years of age. Therefore in your case the same will happen after your date of birth..

once you turn 21 only then you can go for court marriage. in your case you will have to wait till 25 April 2023 because that is when you will turn 21 and only then you will be able to get the procedure of court marriage started. for further queries please feel free to contact

The age of marriage is 21 years for men. And for females also the bill has been passed to increase the age to 21 years. So if your DOB is 25 April 2002 then you will be able to legally married by 25 April 2023. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

21 years is the legal age of marriage for a man, So accordingly you will be eligible for marriage after achieving 21 years, i.e. after 25 Apr, 2023. You can also Google this thing instead of asking it here.

it will be 25 April 2023.. before that if you marry you can be punished under the law . if you apply for court marriage after attaining 21 years of age don't Forget to take all relevant papers like your age proof id proof and same for other party and witness ID proof
