Confusion about making Will,because being Old Senior CITIZEN.

I'm old widow senior citizen. I'm pensioner.I've two sons(1 M&1 unm.)1 dau.(m).My m.son is living in separate portion,due to harrassing me & my husband. My younger son is,psyzopherania patient because of family problems. My m.son start to pay me online electricity bill of his living portion, after my husband 'expired. He bothers me to give me written in a big explanation with my sign. I constructed a room for him without talking a pie,because he was bothering me for this.Today when he came to me for online bill payment, he himself written all the matter & asked me for my sign. As i was just to sign it,my younger son stopped me,not to sign it.Then i give him written in myself with my son. My younger son stopped for my a big mistake.Now,pl. sugget me what should i do for my younger son,to secure his future. Pl. Pl. give me your precious & kind suggestions.Thanking you....Madhu Khosla. A will can be made under the Indian Succession Act. Clearly mention that it is your final Will, revoking all previous ones. Appoint a Executor. An executor is the person who will carry out your Will after your death. List and Describe Your Assets. Include all movable and immovable properties and Clearly state who gets what.

Madhu khosla g talk to your son regarding documents and your urgency if He agrees to return otherwise Issue Notice: Send a legal notice demanding document return by law if you can. otherwise reissue from state authority
