Compromise Facing Maintenance Case

Sir meri wife ku ab tak 6 lakhs maintenance Diya hu .she is not agreeing to one time settelment.un khud compermoise ku aaney jaisa kuch case dalsaktey hai kya usper
Dear Sir,
There is no law which forces the wife to accept one time maintenance. However in your interest you may file divorce case and go for mediation and settle the matter by paying lumpsum alimony. Better stop paying the maintenance and hide your office address or other residential address so that the process issued by Trial Court are not served upon view or pay only in small installments and thus frustrate your wife.
